What we collect. Your name, contact details (email, phone), and booking details (services, dates). If

you tell us about a relevant health condition, allergy or pregnancy so we can treat you safely, we use that

only for that purpose. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details.

Why, and our legal basis. To manage and confirm your bookings and contact you about your appointments

(performance of a contract); to run and improve our service (legitimate interest); and, only if you opt in,

to send you offers (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with. Our booking software provider (WellDesk) and our payment processor, who act on our

instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it. For as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting

obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to

processing — email us to do so. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD,
